SALUBRIOUS MASSAGE FITNESS POLICIES

My requirements of clients:

• Sessions begin and end at scheduled times.
• Be present (not under the influence of alcohol or drugs).
• Clients provide a health history health and update when necessary.
• If cancellation is necessary, please give 24 hour notice or future appointments will not be possible. Emergency cancellations are determined at my discretion.
• Payment is expected at the time service is rendered.
• Sexual harassment is not tolerated! If my safety feels compromised, the session is ended immediately.
• This office is a nonsmoking environment.
• Be clean, having showered the same day as the treatment.
• Do not eat a heavy meal less than two hours prior.

• What clients can expect from me:
• I provide my clients with a competent and professional session each time they come for an appointment, addressing the client's specific needs for that session.
• I am available any day by Appointments only.
• I return calls within 24 hours unless I am out of town.
• Clients are treated with respect and dignity.
• Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made prior to treatment. I accept cash only.
• I do not provide direct billing for insurance. I will gladly assist clients in filling out the appropriate form.
• Appointments are confirmed the day before the session.
• I perform services for which I am qualified for and able to do. I refer my clients to appropriate specialist when work is not within my scope of practice or not in the clients best interest.
• I keep accurate records and review charts before each session.
• I customize my treatment to meet the client's needs.
• I stay current with information and techniques by reading, receiving regular sessions (of the same service I provide) and take at least one workshop per year.
• I respect all clients regardless of their age, gender, race, national origin, sexual orientation, religion, socioeconomic status, body type, political affiliation, state of health or personal habits.
• Privacy and confidentiality are maintained at all times.
• If I need to cancel an appointment, I do so within 24 hours whenever possible. If an emergency arises and I cannot keep an appointment, I provide a $10 discount or an additional 30 minutes to the next or following session.
• My equipment and supplies are clean and safe.
• Personal and professional boundaries are respected at all times.
• Clients are draped with a sheet at all times during the session. Only the parts of the body being worked on are exposed at any time.
• All package purchases are not refundable but can be used by someone else other than the purchaser with purchaser approval.
